Annual Inspections for Suspended Systems as REQUIRED by OSHA
30-DAY PRE-USE INSPECTIONS
Maintenance Inspection required by Cal-OSHA for Power Platforms
All Suspended Powered Platforms dedicated to the building are required to undergo a maintenance inspection and function test prior to the start of a work cycle and where the work cycle is more than 30 days to confirm the equipment is functioning properly and minimizing any and all setbacks. FEIS provides repair and maintenance services for code compliance so that you can be confident that you are minimizing risk.
PROOF LOAD TESTING
Ensuring Your Building Meets All Safety Regulations and Standards.
FEIS provides 10-year load testing services that provide detailed tests prescribed by our engineer of record (EOR). Our professional load test report and results will allow you to provide assurances to the operators of your roof top façade access equipment and meet all safety regulations and standards. In addition, FEIS provides professional oversight to ensure that the load tests are administered and documented properly for your building’s records.
