PREPARING FOR WORK TO BE DONE ON YOUR BUILDING

HELPFUL INFORMATION REGARDING ANY INSPECTIONS, INSTALLATIONS, REPAIRS OR OTHER SERVICES OFFERED BY FEIS

  • Any furniture or materials on or around your roof top equipment needs to be moved and separated from your equipment so that our technicians have full access to it
  • Prior to the service visit by FEIS, please make sure that all the equipment that is being serviced is easy to find and readily available
  • Our technicians will check-in with security or a designated contact person upon arrival and departure from your building when they have completed their work for the day
  • FEIS will always ask for a contact person (Property Manager or Building Engineer) with that person’s direct contact number should they need access, assistance or have questions locating the equipment on the roof
  • For safety reasons, if weather conditions present hazards for the work being performed, FEIS has the right to cancel the scheduled service appointment and reschedule that work with you for the next available opportunity
  • If the client cancels the confirmed scheduled appointment with FEIS less than 24 hours’ notice, a service or cancellation fee will be issued ($250.00)
  • When the work has been completed on your building, you will receive a preliminary updated report from FEIS regarding the service provided within 72 hours
  • The preliminary report will be shared with you followed up by a detailed report, certification, invoice and any additional follow up work that might be needed to keep your building safe and compliant per CAL OSHA (within 7-10 business days)
